Customer-Centered Marketing Strategies for the Era of 100-Year Lifespans
The Buleugyeong Dental Office Staff Association held a seminar on June 15 at Newton Dental Hospital in Dong-gu, Busan, under the theme of "Efficient Marketing Strategies for Dental Hospitals and Clinics."
There are over 19,000 dental clinics and hospitals nationwide, surpassing the 15,000 locations of a well-known convenience store chain. In this highly competitive dental care market, the seminar was organized to provide accurate and useful consumer-centered information to customers seeking healthy teeth.
The seminar was attended by 12 experts in dental hospitals and marketing, including Lee Hoon, CEO of H Consulting Co., Ltd., and Jung Sunwoong, Executive Director of Rembrandt Dental Hospital. Park Jihoon, Manager of Business Support at 365 Bareunyaksoek Dental Clinic, and Oh Deokyeol, Head of Business Planning at 365 Dream Dental Hospital, participated as presenters.
Manager Park Jihoon presented on the topic "Dental Marketing: Now a Necessity, Not a Choice," introducing marketing strategies and methods to provide reliable information and build closer relationships with consumers in an era of increased interest and demand for dental health as people live longer lives.
Additionally, Director Oh Deokyeol gave a presentation titled "Dental Advertising: Essential T[P]," introducing niche marketing strategies utilizing SNS platforms. He emphasized the importance of creating content and selecting channels to provide accurate information about "our neighborhood dental clinic" to patients and to enhance customer satisfaction.
Participants shared various cases of medical administration and counseling in the dental hospital field and exchanged diverse opinions on reducing misunderstandings about dental care and fostering a more familiar dental culture through fair and efficient marketing strategies.
Lee Hoon, CEO of H Consulting Co., Ltd., advised, "What many patients worry about when visiting dental hospitals and clinics is misinformation about treatment and distrust regarding price information. It is necessary for stakeholders to make efforts to provide accurate information about dental health, one of the five blessings, so that consumers can visit hospitals with confidence."
