On this day, GH announced that it conducted a 'Compensation Practice Workshop' at the Suwon Convention Center in collaboration with the Korea Association of Property Appraisers, targeting over 100 compensation officers from 31 cities and counties in the province and GH.
The workshop was conducted reflecting the participants' needs regarding public project compensation, based on last year's workshop satisfaction results and surveys on preliminary questions and areas of interest.
In particular, the workshop, divided into four areas, covered comprehensive topics related to compensation, including explanations of the Land Compensation Act focused on compensation procedures, practical work on negotiated compensation, and practical work on expropriation decisions.
Kim Se-yong, President of GH, stated, "As large-scale development projects such as the 3rd New Town are being promoted in the province, the role of GH as a specialized compensation institution is being emphasized," adding, "We expect this workshop to serve as an opportunity to strengthen the collaborative relationship between the 31 cities and counties in the province and GH compensation officers."
