Jo In-sung and Park Jung-min Collaborate in Director Ryu Seung-wan's 'Humint'
Action Movie Depicting Secret Agent Espionage Activities Between South and North Korea
Actors Jo In-sung and Park Jung-min are collaborating once again with director Ryu Seung-wan.
Distributor NEW announced on the 13th that the casting for the film 'Humint' has been finalized and production is being concretized. It is director Ryu's next project ahead of the release of 'Veteran 2' in the second half of the year. The film depicts the espionage activities of secret agents from South and North Korea clashing while investigating crimes occurring at the Vladivostok border.
A representative from NEW expressed, "Starting from his debut film 'Die Bad or Die Hard', through 'Mogadishu' and 'Smugglers', director Ryu Seung-wan has created variations of action films, and we expect him to showcase a mature espionage action genre."

Jo In-sung will play Jo, a section chief at the South Korean National Intelligence Service, while Park Jung-min will portray Park Geon, a section chief at North Korea's State Security Department. Park Hae-joon joins as Hwang Chi-seong, the North Korean consul general in Vladivostok, and Nana appears as Chae Seon-hwa, a North Korean restaurant employee, adding to the film's appeal.
