Coway Holds '2024 Wage Agreement Signing Ceremony' with Production Labor Union
Coway announced on the 5th that it held the '2024 Wage Agreement Signing Ceremony' with the Coway Production Labor Union at the Yugu factory located in Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do.
Since the establishment of the union in December 2022, Coway and the Production Coway Labor Union have achieved a no-dispute settlement for two consecutive years.

The signing ceremony was attended by labor and management representatives, including Kim Dong-hwa, Head of Coway Production Headquarters, and Lim Jae-hwan, Chairman of the Production Coway Labor Union, who jointly signed the agreement.

Coway stated, "Based on mutual understanding and trust between labor and management, we have reached no-dispute agreements every year since the establishment of the production union," and added, "Coway will continue to strive for smooth communication and no-dispute agreements in the remaining negotiation units, and will do its best to ensure that there is no disruption in providing our products and services to customers based on mutual coexistence between labor and management."
