View original imageThe city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting 109 young people aged 19 to 34 to participate in the "2024 Second Half Suwon Youth Administrative Experience" until the 11th.
The Youth Administrative Experience program provides young people preparing for employment with the opportunity to work at Suwon City Hall, business offices, district offices, and community welfare centers to gain firsthand experience of city administration, explore career aptitudes, and support their job preparation.
The selected number of participants is 109, with 65 in the first term and 44 in the second term. The working period requires choosing one of the two terms: Term 1 (July 3?31) or Term 2 (August 1?October 31).
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a base pay of 10,570 KRW per hour plus weekly holiday allowance. Depending on the workplace, such as libraries, art museums, exhibition halls, and health centers, weekend substitute work may be required.
Any unemployed youth aged 19 to 34 who are registered residents of Suwon as of the announcement date (June 3) can participate. Those who have previously participated are not eligible to apply.

Suwon City will select participants by random drawing and announce the results on its website on June 14. Work departments will be assigned randomly using a random number program after collecting preferred work locations within the four districts (Jangan, Gwonseon, Paldal, Yeongtong).
