Small Business Owners in Seodaemun-gu Achieve Consecutive Successes with 'Seodaemun Nanum 1%' Miracle

Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Seongheon) recently signed the 'Seodaemun Sharing 1% Miracle' agreement in the mayor's office with ▲Chunghyeon-dong Shopping District Promotion Association (12 businesses) ▲8th branch Design Gloria (Hongje 3-dong) ▲35th branch Rinnai Seodaemun Agency (Yeonhui-dong) ▲36th branch Hongje Glasses Contact (Hongje 3-dong) ▲39th branch Shinjin Electric Lighting (Hong Eun 2-dong) ▲49th branch Chilgu-ne Sinlim Dongbaek Sundae (Hong Eun 2-dong).
This is a unique virtuous cycle welfare project in Seodaemun-gu that donates a portion of small business owners' profits to support vulnerable groups in the community. The pace of sharing agreements is accelerating through the active interest and participation of local small business owners.
In particular, the 12 businesses belonging to the Chunghyeon-dong Shopping District Promotion Association decided to join the collective sharing, adding more meaning to the Sharing 1% initiative.
Lee Jonggeun, the representative of this promotion association (22nd branch Honam Gisa Restaurant), said, "Although these are difficult times, it is more rewarding that the 12 stores of the shopping district promotion association are participating together in this project."
