"Three Additional Security Agreements Signed Today"
As the situation on the battlefield worsens, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who has launched an 'all-out diplomatic effort,' will meet with the leaders of five Northern European countries on the 31st (local time).

President Zelensky announced via X (formerly Twitter) on the same day that he had arrived in Stockholm, Sweden, to attend the '3rd Ukraine-Northern Europe Summit.'
He said, "Our top priority is to discuss international efforts to pressure Russia for more air defense systems, joint defense industry projects, additional weapons, and peacebuilding."
The summit will be attended by Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, Finnish President Sauli Niinist?, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, and Icelandic Prime Minister Þorgerður Katr?n Gunnarsd?ttir.
Zelensky also said he plans to hold a series of bilateral talks with the leaders of these five countries, stating, "Ukraine will sign three security agreements a day to establish predictable and long-term defense aid and comprehensive support."
He added that he will also engage with representatives from European defense industry companies.
Starting with Spain on the 27th, President Zelensky has consecutively visited Belgium and Portugal, signing bilateral security agreements that include promises of large-scale military aid.
So far, twelve Western countries have signed bilateral security agreements with Ukraine.

The United States is also expected to sign a bilateral security agreement with Ukraine during the G7 summit in Italy next month, according to the British daily Financial Times (FT), which cited U.S. officials yesterday.
