Hyosung Donates 130 Million KRW for Medical Rehabilitation and Family Support for Children with Disabilities
Support for Rehabilitation Therapy Since 2013
Hyosung announced on the 31st that it has donated 130 million KRW to the Purme Foundation for the 'Medical Rehabilitation and Family Support for Children with Disabilities' project.
The Hyosung donation will be used for rehabilitation treatment for low-income children and adolescents with disabilities, psychological treatment and educational expenses for non-disabled siblings, and family trips with Hyosung employees' families.
Since 2013, Hyosung has supported medical expenses to reduce the financial burden on low-income children with disabilities who require rehabilitation treatment and special education, helping them receive appropriate treatment for 12 years.

In addition, to provide emotional support to families caring for children with disabilities, educational and psychological treatment expenses are provided for non-disabled siblings, and family trips are organized for Hyosung employees' families and families of children with disabilities.

Hyosung recently supported the 'A World Where Children Are Happy' project, which assists pregnant women and infants in crisis, in collaboration with the Korea Economic Association, and also donated funds to the Onnuri Sarang Chamber Orchestra for children with developmental disabilities to support their performance activities, conducting various social contribution activities for children in welfare blind spots.
