The Appraisal Association and Gyeonggi-do Hold Meeting with Stakeholders on Public Project Land Compensation
The Korea Association of Property Appraisers announced on the 30th that it jointly held a 'Public Project Land Compensation Stakeholders Meeting' with Gyeonggi Province.

View original imageThe meeting, held at the Korea Association of Property Appraisers' main auditorium in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, was organized to efficiently carry out compensation tasks related to public projects and to strengthen the capabilities of those in charge of compensation work.
Approximately 200 compensation officers from cities and counties in Gyeonggi Province and the Urban Corporation were guided on the use of LTIS (Reconsideration Information System), explanations of land compensation laws, compensation appraisal cases, and precautions for reconsideration applications.

Yang Gil-su, President of the Korea Association of Property Appraisers, said, "We hope this meeting will enhance the professionalism of compensation work and serve as a driving force for the swift promotion of public projects," adding, "We will further strengthen the cooperative system with Gyeonggi Province to increase the reliability of public projects and jointly protect the rights and interests of Gyeonggi residents."
