Kyobo Securities Announces Public Offering of Monthly-Paid ELB with Pre-Tax Annual Yield of 5.76%
Kyobo Securities announced on the 30th that it will offer a public subscription for one type of Equity-Linked Bond (ELB) until the 7th of next month.
ELB Series 351 is a principal-protected product that seeks monthly income payments based on Samsung SDI common stock as the underlying asset.
The maturity is 3 years, and on each monthly income evaluation date, if the monthly return evaluation price of the underlying asset is at least 85% of the initial reference price, a pre-tax return of 0.48% per month (5.76% annually) will be paid. If the monthly return evaluation price is below 85% of the initial reference price on the evaluation date, no return will be paid.
Additionally, early redemption opportunities are provided every 6 months. If on the automatic early redemption evaluation date the automatic early redemption evaluation price of the underlying asset is 102% or higher, the principal will be paid and early redemption will occur.
Even if the maturity evaluation price of the underlying asset is below 102% on the maturity evaluation date, the principal will be paid. However, principal loss may occur in case of early redemption.
The minimum subscription amount for this product is 1,000,000 KRW, and subscriptions can be made in units of 100,000 KRW.
