Deputy Mayor Jo Il-gyo stated, "The Inju General Industrial Complex, which has greatly contributed to Asan's development, is the oldest industrial complex in Asan, with outdated facilities and poor cultural, sports, and convenience amenities, causing significant inconvenience to workers. We hope that with the construction of this youth culture center, the Inju Industrial Complex will transform into a youth-friendly industrial complex equipped with cultural, childcare, and convenience facilities."
