On the 27th, a post titled "Is this amount okay for 5,000 won?" was uploaded on an online community. The author, Mr. A, who runs a small business, explained the situation, saying, "I ordered sundae soup for 9,000 won and added 5,000 won worth of sundae and pyeonyuk, but this is what I got."

In the photos posted by Mr. A, there are three glass noodle sundae and three vegetable sundae, totaling six pieces of sundae, and three slices of pyeonyuk neatly arranged on a plate. Mr. A said, "It's a famous franchise sundae soup restaurant, but this is too much," and asked, "The food came out and I was very disappointed. Is it okay to file a complaint next time?"
