Lee Je-hoon and Koo Kyo-hwan's 'Talju' Set to Release in 163 Countries
Confirmed Release in North America on July 5
The film "Talju," starring Lee Je-hoon and Koo Kyo-hwan, has paved the way for screenings in Taiwan, the Philippines, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, France, and other countries.
Distributor Plus M Entertainment announced on the 28th that pre-sales have opened the door for the film to be released in 163 countries overseas. In some countries, the release dates have already been confirmed. Notably, in North America, it will hit the screens on July 5, around the same time as in Korea. Well Go USA, the distributor, described the film as "a thrilling portrayal of human efforts and the power of hope in pursuing freedom and forging one's own life."

"Talju" is an action film depicting a life-or-death chase between North Korean soldier Gyunam (Lee Je-hoon), who escapes for a better tomorrow, and Bo Wi-bu officer Hyunsang (Koo Kyo-hwan), who protects the present. The film is directed by Lee Jong-pil, who also directed the movie "Samjin Company English TOEIC Class" and the series "Park Ha-kyung's Travelogue." It will be released domestically on July 3.
