Kwon Young-guk Elected as New Leader of Justice Party... Eom Jeong-ae and Moon Jeong-eun as Vice Leaders
The Justice Party has elected lawyer Kwon Young-guk as its new party leader.
The Justice Party announced on the 27th that Kwon Young-guk will assume the position of the new leader following a two-day vote held from the 26th, conducted via mobile and ARS for party members.
Out of a total of 15,042 eligible voters, 4,408 participated in the vote, and Kwon Young-guk received 4,107 votes (93.2%).
During the candidate registration period for the party leader and deputy leader elections held on the 10th and 11th, no one registered as a candidate, prompting a second registration process. Kwon Young-guk ran unopposed and was effectively elected as leader by acclamation.

Um Jeong-ae, chairperson of the Gyeongbuk Provincial Party, and Moon Jeong-eun, chairperson of the Gwangju City Party, who ran for deputy leader, were also elected with 90.2% and 88.4% of the votes, respectively.
