POSCO E&C won the 'Power Brand' category at this year's Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards. With the construction philosophy of 'eco-friendly apartments that protect the earth's tomorrow,' POSCO E&C is focusing its capabilities on protecting the global environment and fostering healthy lives by integrating the concepts of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).

AiQTECH’s three integrated technologies include ▲convenience features such as home control and elevator calls via voice and KakaoTalk, and traffic updates during departure times ▲safety technologies like 'Our Child Safety Keeper,' which allows real-time monitoring of closed-circuit (CC)TV within the complex via a smartphone app, and automatic detection of elevator malfunctions that notify the security office ▲and health technologies that analyze air quality and automatically operate a clean ventilation system.

POSCO E&C spares no effort in customer satisfaction that matches its brand value. In 2021, the company changed its service brand from 'Onmaeum Service' to 'BLUET' after nine years. This renewal aims to convey the philosophy, design, and unified brand value of The Sharp and provide enhanced services to residents. BLUET refers to plants that bloom blue flowers like the cornflower. It embodies the meaning of 'approaching customers sincerely and attentively, one step ahead, with the heart of giving flowers to precious people.' In line with this, POSCO E&C has expanded resident participation programs linked to ESG, such as producing eco-friendly kits. They are also strengthening lifestyle satisfaction services, including cultural lectures and experiential learning.
