Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong) held the 'Clean Gangnam, Challenge! Clean Golden Bell' event for all employees on the 27th at the Cheongdam Lifelong Learning Center.
This event attracted attention by planning the mandatory integrity education for public officials as a Golden Bell quiz competition to encourage active participation from all staff. About 2,200 employees participated in preliminary rounds by department in advance, and 180 participants, including those who passed the preliminaries and executive staff, competed in the main event, solving integrity quizzes to build their integrity capabilities.
In the final round, which selected the ultimate winner, Gangnam District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong personally created the Golden Bell questions, fostering a shared sense of integrity with the employees.
The honored final winner who rang the Golden Bell was Kim Min-seon, an administrative officer in the Welfare Policy Division (Local Social Welfare Secretary). She said, "Preparing in advance for the competition allowed me to study integrity, and solving the quizzes directly made learning about the theme of integrity much more fun and interesting."
