Gyeonggi Office of Education Improves 5 Areas to Reduce School Accounting and Expenditure Workload
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is making groundbreaking improvements to the 'school accounting and expenditure tasks,' which have been the most requested by frontline educational sites.
On the 27th, the Office announced that it had improved five tasks related to school accounting and expenditure (contract) collected from the field, including the School Administration Improvement Support Group, the School Administration Directors' Council, and the Grade 6 Future Talent Growth Program.
Key improvements include ▲ implementation of lump-sum payment for public school accounting class operation expenses (March) ▲ processing school accounting income using virtual accounts (March) ▲ simplification of confirmation for credit card use in business promotion expenses (February) ▲ revision of cash management guidelines outside revenue and expenditure (automatic transfer application for the four major insurances available) (March) ▲ change in the method of collecting tuition fees at public high schools (May).
Separately, the Office requested the Public Procurement Service to improve the printing function of contract supporting documents in the next-generation Nara Marketplace system.
The Office plans to continuously improve school accounting and expenditure tasks demanded on the ground, prioritizing fair and transparent execution of Gyeonggi education finances and efficient task processing.
