Two Female Police Officers Sexually Harassed by Police Station Precinct Chief, Arrested and Sent to Prosecution
An active-duty police officer who sexually assaulted two female officers has been referred to the prosecution.
The Chungnam Provincial Police Agency announced on the 24th that they have sent Police Inspector A, who served as a precinct chief at a police station in Cheonan, to prosecution on charges of sexual assault.
Inspector A is accused of sexually assaulting female officer B during an evening gathering on March 26, and then stopping by the precinct to sexually assault another female officer, C, who was on duty.
During the police investigation, Inspector A initially denied the charges, claiming he could not remember due to intoxication, but later admitted to the wrongdoing.
