"IBK Industrial Bank, One-Stop Card Issuance Service Within 3 Minutes"
New Same-Day Use Available on Partner Platforms
IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 23rd that it has implemented the ‘Personal Card One-Stop LMS Issuance Service’ to maximize customer convenience and reduce unnecessary tasks at branches.
The ‘Personal Card One-Stop LMS Issuance Service’ allows branch staff to send an LMS containing the URL of the card application page, enabling customers to complete the entire process from application to issuance at once without installing an app or logging in. Once the card issuance is complete, customers can immediately use easy payment services such as Samsung Pay, Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, and BC Paybook even before receiving the physical card.
The service is provided through a web-based card issuance system rebuilt in May. Customers who apply for cards through affiliated platforms or other web pages can also complete qualification verification and screening digitally, allowing card issuance within three minutes. As more customers prefer card issuance through affiliated platforms, the new card issuance system is expected to contribute to the quantitative growth of the card business.
