Ulsan City will conduct a field response drill as the season with a high risk of food poisoning approaches.
Ulsan City announced that at 2 p.m. on the 23rd, a "2024 Food Poisoning Incident Field Response Drill" will be held at Ilsan Elementary School in Dong-gu.
This drill will involve related organizations such as Ulsan City, Dong-gu District Office, Ulsan Office of Education, and Ilsan Elementary School. It will simulate a situation where food poisoning occurs in a group cafeteria at an elementary school.
The drill will proceed in the following order: occurrence of suspected food poisoning patients, recognition of food poisoning and notification to related organizations, dispatch of relevant agencies and formation of a response council, cause and epidemiological investigation by hygiene and infection departments, and post-food poisoning measures and response council meetings.
