Various Events Held
Kakao Bank announced on the 22nd that it will launch the first artist partnership product of the Record Account, ‘Record Account with NCT WISH’.
The Record Account allows users to save money and record their saving moments through saving rules. It is a saving method where users set rules to save money whenever their favorite star performs a specific action. The newly launched Record Account was created in partnership with SM Entertainment.
This product, created with NCT WISH, can be subscribed to for one month from today until the 21st of next month, and plans to provide services targeted at fandom customers. NCT WISH is a group under SM Entertainment that debuted last February. Their debut single ‘WISH’ topped various global music charts, and they received a rookie award within 50 days of debut.
The saving rules of this Record Account were directly set by the members of NCT WISH. The members composed a total of six rules, including ‘when you want to listen to a song,’ ‘when you want to watch Jacon (self-produced content),’ ‘when you want to see them,’ ‘when you want to watch a fancam (directly filmed video),’ ‘when you discover a legendary meme,’ and ‘when you think of them.’
The Record Account can be decorated with photos of NCT WISH, and limited edition templates can be shared on social networking services (SNS). When saving, users can also listen to voice messages left by the members and see emojis drawn by them.
An ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) campaign will also be conducted, donating an amount equal to the savings accumulated in the Record Account. Donations will be made in the name of the fandom ‘NCT WISH·NCTzen,’ with a maximum donation amount of 100 million KRW. After the product sales end, Kakao Bank will donate to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation. Through the ‘View Fan Power’ service within the Record Account, users can check the real-time status of the donation goal achievement. When leaving a memo during payment, it randomly appears on the ‘Cheering Billboard,’ which NCT WISH members can also see.
To commemorate the launch of the Record Account, various benefits including volunteer activities with NCT WISH members have been prepared. Among the top 10% of customers who leave the most ‘memo cheers,’ 50 winners will be selected by lottery to receive a ‘volunteer activity entry ticket.’ Among them, 10 final customers will be able to participate directly in volunteer activities with NCT WISH members. Autographed CDs by the members will also be provided to 100 people by lottery. When subscribing to the Record Account, customers will be automatically entered for a chance to receive an NCT WISH keyring (limited to 1,000 people).
