The Asia Golf Leaders Forum (AGLF) announced on the 21st that "Coach Shin Tae-yong and Gabriella Den, who is preparing to compete as a representative of Indonesia at this year's Paris Olympics, have been appointed as promotional ambassadors for the Simone Asia Pacific (APAC) Cup." Last December, Coach Shin also participated in an event with the players at this tournament held in Indonesia.

This year's Simone APAC Cup will be held in Indonesia this December. AGLF stated, "To prepare for the tournament, we have formed a local organizing committee in Indonesia," and added, "We appointed Song Chang-geun, chairman of KMK Global Sports Group, which operates a Nike partner company headquartered in Indonesia, as the chairman of the tournament organizing committee."
