Serving in Special Duty Unit After Enlistment in December Last Year
Updates on V, a member of the group BTS currently serving in the military, have been shared.
On the 20th, the Army-related Facebook community "Delivering Army Training Center News" (Yukdaejeon) posted a photo along with the caption "Updates on BTS's V." The photo shows V posing with his fellow soldiers. It was confirmed that the photo was also uploaded on V's official Instagram story.

In particular, V has been focusing on physical conditioning. Before enlistment, his weight was 62 kg, but it is reported that he successfully gained 10 kg within two months of enlistment. In February, he briefly greeted fans on BTS's Weverse, saying, "I will give a mid-term report. Achieved 72.5 kg. I will come again." He also revealed that his target weight is 86 kg. Last month, he shared a photo showing his well-defined back muscles without a shirt.
Meanwhile, V's scheduled discharge date is June 10 of next year.
