Seodaemun-gu Hosts Pet Festival Celebrating Companion Animal Culture
Seongheon Lee, Mayor of Seodaemun District, is giving a greeting speech at the opening ceremony of the "1st Seodaemun Companion Culture Pet Festival" held at the entrance of Ansan (鞍山) dog walking trail in Yeonhui-dong on the afternoon of the 18th. Previously, the district created the walking trail so that dogs and their owners could walk and enjoy together. This trail is circular, allowing walkers to return to their starting point, with a length of 2 km, a width of 1.5 m, and three rest areas. It features a natural setting where visitors can enjoy walking on dirt paths through the forest. The rest areas are equipped with drinking fountains and waste bag dispensers for dogs.
