Incheon City Promotes Municipal Administration Using 'Danggeun Market'... APEC Summit Hosting Event
Incheon City announced on the 17th that it will provide useful municipal news through the local-based secondhand trading platform app, 'Danggeun Market'.
As the first event, the city will hold the '2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit [Incheon Danggeun Easy]' on the Danggeun Market app until the 24th.
By searching for 'Incheon Metropolitan City' on Danggeun Market, then selecting 'Incheon Metropolitan City Official Profile' → 'Become a Regular' → 'News' → and commenting on '2025 APEC Summit [Incheon Danggeun Easy]' for verification, a total of about 150 people will be selected by lottery to receive prizes.
The city plans to enhance promotional effects for attracting the 2025 APEC Summit, which is a key initiative, through this event.
As of the first half of 2023, Danggeun Market, with over 35 million cumulative users, started its official public profile service for local governments and national institutions in May last year. When public institutions post content on the app, Danggeun Market users can check neighborhood information and news.
Incheon City plans to actively promote municipal news using the user-customized platform Danggeun Market service. Furthermore, it intends to maximize effectiveness by linking the Danggeun Market service with Incheon City's official Facebook, blog, Instagram, and other social networking service (SNS) channels.
