The Good Workplace donations, which began with just one branch, are collected through a matching grant system where the company matches the employees' payroll donations one-to-one. With the addition of these seven branches, an agreement was signed to donate twice a year, and a Good Workplace plaque was presented. All donations will be used to help neighbors in need living in the Gyeongbuk region.
KEPCO MCS is an organization specializing in environmental and energy personnel services, providing on-site power services and electricity meter-related businesses, and offering public electricity-related services to the general public. The company realizes social value through various social contribution activities, including disaster recovery and relief support, building cooperative systems to identify and assist vulnerable groups, helping with rural labor, and providing scholarships.
Son Byungil, Secretary-General of the Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea, expressed his gratitude, saying, "I would like to thank everyone who participated in the Good Workplace program to practice warm sharing together with the employees. We will do our best to ensure that the valuable donations from the employees are well delivered to neighbors in need in the Gyeongbuk region."
