'Korea Reading Festival Pohang'... The Third Session of the History of Everything in the World
Invitation to the World of Eastern Art Delivered Through the Silk Road Desert Route
On the 18th, Pohang City will hold the third session of the annual program for the ‘2024 Korea Reading Festival Pohang,’ titled ‘The Flower of Hope Blooming in the Desert, Rock-Cut Temples,’ at the Eoulmaru of Pohang Po Eun Central Library.
This lecture will be conducted by Kang Heejung, a professor at Sogang University’s Department of Southeast Asian Studies and the author of ‘The Awkward Story of East Asian Art.’
‘The History of Everything in the World’ is a high-quality humanities program jointly planned by Pohang City and POSTECH Center for Civilization and Citizenship Education, and sponsored by Park Taejun Library and POSCO Corporate Citizenship Office. Out of a total of eight sessions, two have already been successfully held with great interest.
Although pre-registration for the lecture has been completed, on-site registration is available.
