"Success Conditions for a Four-Day Workweek"… Korean Society for Human Resource Management Spring Conference on the 17th
The Korean Society of Human Resource Management will hold the '2024 Spring Academic Conference' on the 17th at the University of Seoul.
On the 15th, the society announced, "Under the theme 'Human Resource Management in the Era of Happy Management and Co-Growth,' about 300 professors and members from related departments nationwide are expected to attend."
The society will hold a special session to discuss 'Success Conditions for Company-Led Introduction of a Four-Day Workweek.'
Panelists include Lee Chun-woo, President of the Society of Human Resource Management and professor at the University of Seoul; Jung Kyu-hwan, director of SangSangIn Group; Seo Hyung-taek, team leader at Smilegate; Cho Joon-young, team leader at LS Holdings; and Ahn Byung-min, CEO of Open Biz Lab.
As an excellent case, Cho Young-tak, CEO of Hunet, will present the case of 'Hunet's Happy Management Four-Day Workweek.'
