Habit Factory Introduces 'AI Money Tutor' Analyzing Spending Habits
Habit Factory, a fintech (technology + finance) company based on MyData, announced on the 14th that it has launched an AI Money Tutor service in its application ‘Signal Planner’.
The AI Money Tutor is a service that analyzes consumption details over a month and provides a consumption type image on the 1st of every month. It guides users on what they did well, what was lacking, and offers advice compared to past spending.
The consumption type image is determined according to the main spending category. If convenience store spending is high, it is evaluated as a ‘Welsh Corgi wandering daily in search of various foods.’ If shopping expenses stand out, it is described as a ‘Bengal cat whose eyes sparkle whenever it discovers a new toy.’ A unique feature is that a new animal character is generated each time.
Users also directly choose a tutor to help achieve their savings goals. They select one of two types: the warm and caring ‘Geotdda Sokdda’ (warm on the outside and inside) type or the strict but warm-hearted ‘Geotcha Sokdda’ (cold on the outside but warm inside) type.
Jung Yunho, co-CEO of Habit Factory, said, “Since managing household accounts tends to be seen as a bothersome task, we created a service that reflects individual characteristics to make it enjoyable. We hope people look at their household accounts with joy and develop wise spending habits.”
