Gyeonggi-do Provides Up to 20 Million Won Support to Future Content Companies Including Virtual Reality
Gyeonggi Province will provide 20 million KRW per company to promising businesses in future content fields such as virtual, augmented, and extended reality.
On the 14th, Gyeonggi Province announced that it is recruiting 20 companies by the 31st of this month to participate in the ‘2024 NRP (NRP) Business Development’ project, which supports development and nurturing programs in future content fields such as virtual reality.
Started in 2017, the ‘NRP Business Development’ is a public-private partnership consisting of 91 organizations including domestic and international accelerators (startup support organizations), investors, VR·AR specialized companies, and institutions that participate in mentoring, market access, and investment attraction support for nurturing companies.
Gyeonggi Province will select 20 companies this time and provide a total of 400 million KRW in development funds, 20 million KRW per company.
Additionally, participating companies will take part in various growth support programs such as accelerating, mentoring, and investment attraction support operated by two accelerator companies.
