Saewool Nuclear Donates 21 Million Won to Projects and Facilities for Severely Disabled People

Donation Delivered to Severe Disability Facilities in Southern Ulju-gun
Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (Head: So You-seop) visited Suyeon Rehabilitation Center (Director: Park Seo-eun) on the 13th in observance of Disabled Persons Day and donated a total of 21 million KRW as sponsorship for the 'Beautiful Companion' program with severely disabled persons and the lifelong school education program.
The 'Beautiful Companion' program with severely disabled persons is a leisure and cultural activity program that supports cultural experience activities and outings for severely disabled persons and disabled children who have difficulty participating in outdoor activities and excursions. The project funds will be distributed to seven facilities for the severely disabled in the southern region of Ulju-gun, including Suyeon Rehabilitation Center and Hyejinwon.
The lifelong school education program is a program supported by Hyejinwon, a facility for the severely disabled, providing vocational specialized education such as home cooking classes and cognitive learning education to strengthen the independence capabilities of disabled persons.
Yoon Soong-ho, Director of External Cooperation, stated, “Saewool Headquarters will spare no effort to support activities that enhance the welfare of disabled persons.”
