Daegu Urban Development Corporation Recruits Tenants for 120 'Youth Purchase Rental Housing' Units... Rent at 50% of Market Price
Daegu Urban Development Corporation is recruiting preliminary tenants for youth purchase rental housing in Daegu city until the 16th to ensure housing stability for local youth.
The 'Youth Purchase Rental Project' is a housing welfare project that purchases houses with support from the government and the Housing and Urban Fund and rents them out at 40-50% of the market rent to local youth, university students, and others at affordable prices.
This year, 120 houses are supplied in four areas of Daegu city (Dong-gu, Buk-gu, Nam-gu, Dalseo-gu), and reflecting the opinions of young people who frequently move due to studies or employment, essential home appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators are provided to ensure a comfortable living environment.
The application period is from the 13th to the 16th, and eligible applicants are unmarried youth aged 19 to 39 without home ownership who meet income and asset criteria, including youth, university students, and job seekers. Contracts are signed for two years, and residents can live for up to 10 years if they maintain eligibility.
