DB HiTek to Acquire 20 Billion KRW Worth of Treasury Shares to "Enhance Shareholder Value"

DB HiTek announced on the 7th that it has signed a trust contract with Samsung Securities for the acquisition of treasury shares worth 20 billion KRW. This is to stabilize the stock price and enhance shareholder value.
The contract period is from the 8th to November 7th. Following the purchase of treasury shares worth 100 billion KRW last year, the company has acquired additional shares this time. DB HiTek's treasury stock ratio increased by 1 percentage point from 6.14% to 7.14%.

In December last year, DB HiTek announced plans to expand its treasury stock ratio from 6% to 15%. The company stated, "In addition to purchasing treasury shares, we will maintain a dividend payout ratio of over 10% and comply with the shareholder return rate of around 30% as promised at the end of last year."
