Pre-checklist Operation and Three Rounds of Self-Inspection... Efforts for Accurate and Transparent Management
The Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service was selected as an 'Excellent Disclosure Institution' in the 2023 Public Institution Integrated Disclosure Inspection conducted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance on the 25th.
In this inspection, conducted on 311 public institutions including quasi-governmental agencies, public enterprises, and other public institutions, the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service achieved a zero-penalty performance in key areas such as new hires, executive salaries, welfare expenses, financial statements, and audit reports.
Since his appointment in May last year, Director Park Jong-gil has presented the new vision of the Service as 'Safety at the workplace, stability in life, and a happiness partner for all workers,' and established a service system based on ▲Fairness (transparent and rational handling) ▲Timeliness (services provided on time) ▲Impression (an attitude that understands customers' difficulties).
Along with this, the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service is making efforts to ensure accurate disclosures by preventing disclosure errors through the operation of a pre-checklist and a three-stage self-inspection system for transparent and accurate management information disclosure.
