Yangcheon-gu, Training for All Employees on Handling Malicious Complaints
Yangcheon-gu (District Mayor Lee Gi-jae) announced that it will conduct "Malicious Civil Complaint Response Training for All Employees" on April 26 and 30 to protect staff from the rapidly increasing malicious civil complaints nationwide, alleviate anxiety, boost morale, and create a trusted public service atmosphere.
Since severe malicious complaints hinder administrative efficiency and negatively affect the provision of administrative services, the district has prepared this training to promote an organizational atmosphere that addresses malicious complaints collectively and resolves issues at an enterprise-wide level.
Under the theme "Never Fear Malicious Complaints," the training was conducted by Kim Kyung-soo, a public official with 30 years of experience, covering ▲ preparation and mindset for realistically responding to malicious complaints ▲ step-by-step response techniques for malicious complaint situations ▲ cases of malicious complaint damage in our district ▲ and proper countermeasures.
On the first day of training, April 26, Lee Gi-jae, Mayor of Yangcheon-gu, personally visited the site and attentively listened to the lecture, stating, "Establishing measures to protect public officials from malicious complaints will ultimately be the starting point for providing high-quality administrative services," and added, "We will do our best to actively protect public officials by responding without tolerance to illegal acts such as verbal abuse and assault by malicious complainants."
