On the 8th, Seo-gu District Office in Daejeon announced that it has been selected for the new public contest project, the ‘2024 Youth Growth Project,’ organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The Youth Growth Project is a public contest project by the Ministry of Employment and Labor that provides customized programs to prevent unemployed youth from giving up job searching and becoming NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), and to support their daily life recovery.
The district was selected in the field of youth cafe operation and plans to provide tailored services to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship capabilities through ‘Cheongchun Jeonggeo-jang,’ a youth activity space, by supporting career redesign, forming local networks, and linking youth policies.
