A Space for Body and Mind Rest in Pohang, 'Naemam Shwimpyo' Contest
Rest for Body and Mind, Sharing Pohang Healing Spots
Announced on the Last Wednesday of Every Month from April to November
The Pohang City Nam-gu Public Health Center Mental Health Welfare Center will hold the "My Heart's Comma" contest from April to November, inviting the entire nation to share their own healing spots within the Pohang area where they can heal both body and mind.
This contest is designed to share healing spots that help local residents, who have forgotten to take a break due to real-life challenges, regain their physical and mental health. It aims to promote interest and awareness in mental health and contribute to the improvement of mental well-being.
By scanning the QR code on the contest poster posted on the official Instagram of the Pohang City Nam-gu Mental Health Welfare Center and writing about a healing spot and their personal healing story, participants can enter. Winners of the contest will be announced every last Wednesday of the month on the official Instagram.
Kim Jeong-im, director of the Nam-gu Public Health Center, stated, “We hope that sharing personal healing spots will empower the physical and mental health of local residents, and the Nam-gu Mental Health Welfare Center will continue to strive for the promotion of mental health among the community.”
