View original imageThe Daejeon Fire Headquarters announced that it will conduct special alert duty for fire prevention and rapid response from the 3rd to the 6th and from April 9th to 10th, ahead of Cheongmyeong, Hansik, and the National Assembly elections.
This duty aims to prevent forest fires during the period when spring visitors and ancestral grave visitors increase, and to support smooth election operations such as fire inspections at voting and counting stations.
The Fire Headquarters plans to establish an initial response system by placing firefighting forces near major hiking trails and counting stations, while checking the dispatch system under the command of fire station chiefs and preparing for large-scale forest fires.
