The detailed 2024 job policy plan, disclosed by the city on the 2nd, includes 5 core strategies, 12 promotion tasks, and 176 detailed job projects.
The direction focuses on creating employment preferred by youth, establishing an employment ecosystem that leads to job retention and regional settlement, alleviating labor market mismatches through strengthened employment services, creating quality jobs by fostering new industries, breaking away from a service-centered industrial structure, and advancing industrial sophistication centered on high-tech industries.
