Chosun University Operates Employment Preparation Program for Local Public Institutions and Financial Sector
Chosun University University Job Plus Center announced on the 26th that it plans to operate the '2024 Regional Public Institutions and Financial Sector Employment Preparation Project' to strengthen the employment capabilities of young job seekers in Gwangju and Jeonnam and to nurture local talent for regional public institutions and the financial sector.
This program is composed of a customized package for practical employment capability enhancement, including job analysis and special lectures by current employees for career exploration, NCS written test preparation problem-solving classes, and OA qualification acquisition courses.
After the program ends, special lectures and consulting on job application forms and interviews will be conducted, and follow-up management will be carried out to support recruitment in the second half of the year.
This program targets specialized high schools, other universities, and other local youth who wish to work in regional public institutions and the financial sector. The program is jointly planned and operated through linkage and collaboration with related organizations, and it will be built up through close cooperation in the future.
