InnoBiz Association Signs Business Agreement with Jeonbuk Provincial Government to Foster Technology Innovation Companies
Promotion of Sustainable Growth Ecosystem for Local Technological Innovation
The Innobiz Association (Small and Medium Business Technology Innovation Association) announced on the 21st that it signed a business agreement with Jeonbuk Provincial Government to foster Jeonbuk special autonomous province and Jeonbuk technology innovation (Innobiz) companies and to revitalize the World Korean Business Convention at Jeonbuk Provincial Office.
The agreement ceremony was attended by Jeonbuk Governor Kim Kwan-young, Innobiz Association Chairman Jeong Gwang-cheon, Innobiz Jeonbuk Chairman Im Dong-wook, Jeonbuk Technopark President Lee Gyu-taek, and others.

View original imageThe main contents of the business agreement include ▲ customized full-cycle support for Innobiz companies ▲ creation of a systematic nurturing ecosystem for continuous innovative growth and future growth engine creation of Innobiz companies ▲ strengthening corporate capabilities to increase Innobiz certification acquisition rate ▲ cooperation for participation in and revitalization of the World Korean Business Convention program.
Through this, Jeonbuk Special Autonomous Province will connect certification support to Jeonbuk Technopark so that prospective Innobiz companies can receive support for Innobiz certification fees, and for companies that find it difficult to obtain Innobiz certification due to lack of systems and complex certification evaluations, Jeonbuk Technopark and the Innobiz Association plan to provide consulting support.
The province will support a certification fee of 700,000 KRW once for companies with more than three years of business history located in the area that want to acquire Innobiz certification for the first time, and will provide consulting to prepare for on-site evaluation items such as technology innovation system evaluation and technology level evaluation.
Jeong Gwang-cheon, Chairman of the Innobiz Association, said, “We expect excellent results through participation support for Innobiz companies possessing innovative technology,” and added, “The association will actively promote to ensure the successful hosting of the 22nd World Korean Business Convention.”
