Yongin-si Establishes 'Vehicle Comprehensive Civil Complaints' Section on Homepage
Links to Three Sites Including the 'Automobile Civil Petition National Portal'
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 15th that it has newly established a 'Comprehensive Vehicle Civil Complaints' section on the city’s homepage to facilitate convenient use of automobile-related civil complaints.
The 'Comprehensive Vehicle Civil Complaints' section, located under the 'Civil Complaints Guide' category at the top of the homepage, provides links to three sites: ▲Automobile Civil Complaints National Portal ▲Enterprise Support Plus ▲Automobile 365.
The automobile registration, fines, acquisition and registration license tax, comprehensive vehicle inspection, and civil complaint board services previously offered under the 'Vehicle Registration' menu in the 'Transportation/Construction' category have also been moved here.
The 'Automobile Civil Complaints National Portal' offers services for new and transfer vehicle registration and issuance of automobile certificates. 'Enterprise Support Plus' handles changes such as the address, name, and corporate registration number of vehicle-owning corporations. 'Automobile 365' allows users to check vehicle lifecycle information such as seizure status, used car details, mileage, and inspection periods.
