Lotte Wellfood Operates 'Ghana Chocolate House Season 3' in Seongsu-dong, Seoul

Lotte Wellfood (formerly Lotte Confectionery) announced on the 7th that it will open the Ghana brand pop-up store "Ghana Chocolate House Season 3" in Seongsu-dong, Seoul on the 9th. This pop-up store, which focuses on enjoying chocolate as a dessert, offers a variety of Ghana chocolate dessert menus along with unique experiences. The pop-up store will operate for about four weeks until the 7th of next month.
At Ghana Chocolate House, visitors can enjoy unique desserts and caf? beverages made with Ghana chocolate. Season 3 is themed around the four seasons, conveying the experience that "the way to enjoy chocolate differs with each season." To this end, the dessert and caf? menus were developed in collaboration with various famous chefs and popular caf?s. It is also distinctive that each week during the four weeks of operation, themes of spring, summer, autumn, and winter are applied. Each week, new Ghana dessert menus and interior spaces evoking the respective season are introduced.
Special sets and experience programs that allow visitors to create joyful memories through Ghana are also prepared. The reservation-only "Petit Ghana Dessert Plate" is limited to 20 groups per day. It includes a set of five Ghana desserts and two beverages. Among the set items, two desserts and one beverage change weekly according to the seasonal theme. The "Make Your Own Ghana" class is also operated by reservation. Participants can experience making their own chocolates, cakes, and fresh chocolates using Ghana chocolate with a professional chocolatier. Both programs can be reserved through the popular restaurant reservation application CatchTable.

Additionally, there is a space to explore the 50-year history of Ghana chocolate, which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, and content to learn about Lotte Wellfood’s unique "Bean to Bar" process, the only domestic large corporation that produces from cacao beans to finished products. A photo zone to capture memories at Ghana Chocolate House is also provided, along with over 30 types of Ghana merchandise available for purchase.
