Paradise to Pursue KOSPI Transfer Listing
Paradise, a company listed on KOSDAQ, is planning to transfer its listing to the KOSPI market.
Paradise announced on the 6th that it will propose the agenda item "Approval of Conditional Delisting from KOSDAQ and Transfer Listing to KOSPI" at the regular shareholders' meeting on the 22nd.
Paradise stated, "Based on our long business history and stable financial structure grounded in profitability, we are pursuing the transfer listing to form a peer group and sector with existing listed companies such as GKL, Kangwon Land, and Lotte Tour Development, aiming to induce a revaluation of corporate value. Through this, we expect to enhance the interest of institutional and foreign investors who can accompany us long-term and expand the investor base, thereby maximizing shareholder value."

Paradise had attempted a transfer listing in 2013 but remained in KOSDAQ following persuasion from the KOSDAQ Market Headquarters. Paradise is expected to surpass 1 trillion KRW in sales this year.
