NH-Amundi Asset Management, Hanaro TDF Net Assets Surpass 200 Billion Won
NH-Amundi Asset Management announced on the 28th that the net assets of the Hanaro Target Date Fund (TDF) series have surpassed 200 billion KRW.
As of the 26th, the Hanaro TDF series managed by NH-Amundi Asset Management recorded 149.2 billion KRW in assets under management and 202.8 billion KRW in net assets. This marks a doubling in size just three months after surpassing 100 billion KRW in net assets last November. The rapid growth trend continues due to the implementation of the default option and solid performance.
Hanaro TDF is a long-term investment product designed to pursue high returns until a predetermined target date, such as retirement. It invests in global markets with a focus on risk management and currency strategies. Major investment assets include global growth stocks, value stocks, high dividend stocks, developed country government bonds, and high-yield bonds.
Hanaro TDF 2055 was newly launched on the 7th, gaining attention from retirement pension investors due to its stable returns. It is a product with a target date set for 2055, allowing for long-term investment of over 30 years. The Hanaro TDF lineup covers target dates from 2025 to 2055 to help prepare for retirement.
According to NH-Amundi Asset Management, one of the reasons for the steady inflow of funds into Hanaro TDF is its stable returns. According to the fund rating agency KG Zeroin, as of the 26th, Hanaro TDF 2050 recorded a year-to-date return of 5.13%. Year-to-date returns by vintage for the retirement pension class are ▲Hanaro TDF 2025 3.45% ▲Hanaro TDF 2030 3.81% ▲Hanaro TDF 2035 4.51% ▲Hanaro TDF 2040 5.06% ▲Hanaro TDF 2045 4.94% ▲Hanaro TDF 2050 5.13%.
Long-term returns are also important for TDFs suitable for retirement pension management. As of the 26th, Hanaro TDF 2045’s 3-year return stands at 19.77%.
