Pukyong National University established the College of Information Convergence in 2022 as a specialized college to provide interdisciplinary education and nurture future talents. Currently, the College of Information Convergence comprises 6 departments, 2 divisions, and 14 majors through the establishment of new departments and academic reorganization.

The university is consolidating the scattered spaces related to the College of Information Convergence on campus to improve educational and research efficiency, aiming to complete the construction by 2025.
The building will house the administrative office of the College of Information Convergence, lecture rooms, and faculty research offices. It is designed to connect the second floor directly with the adjacent Changui Hall to enhance space utilization and convenience.
