Launch of the Gangseo Children's Fairy Tale Festival Promotion Committee
Gangseo-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon) held the launch ceremony of the 'Gangseo Children's Fairy Tale Festival Promotion Committee' at 11 a.m. on the 26th in the district office's large conference room.
The district formed a public-private joint promotion committee consisting of 35 members, including local festival experts, heads of district libraries, resident representatives, and related organization officials, and discussed cooperation plans for a successful event.
The promotion committee oversees all processes from festival program planning to operation. It is responsible for discussing and coordinating detailed promotion plans to ensure residents' opinions are reflected at every stage.

The district started the Gangseo Children's Fairy Tale Festival in 2007 to nurture children's dreams and hopes. This year's festival, marking its 12th edition, will be held on May 4th at Banghwa Neighborhood Park. The theme is "An Adventure in a Fairy Tale with the Color Magician."
