Shin Jin-seo 9-dan was the key player who led the team to its sixteenth and fourth consecutive victory at the 25th Nongshim Shin Ramyun Cup World Baduk Championship. In the international team competition featuring five players each from Korea, China, and Japan, he played as the last player and defeated five Chinese players and one Japanese player to secure the win. With 16 consecutive wins, he surpassed the longest winning streak record (14 consecutive wins) set by Lee Chang-ho 9-dan.
