Prosecutors Request Arrest Warrants for Current and Former National University Professors in LH and Public Procurement Service Bribery Case
The prosecution has requested arrest warrants for current and former national university professors who exchanged bribes in projects commissioned by LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation) and the Public Procurement Service.

View original imageThe Fair Trade Investigation Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Yong Seong-jin) on the 23rd requested arrest warrants for Kim, a representative of a participating company who bribed the judges in the public construction project management service bidding commissioned by LH and the Public Procurement Service, and for Heo and Joo, current and former national university professors who served as judges.
Mr. A is accused of giving 25 million won in bribes twice to Mr. B, who was selected as an evaluator in the construction project management service bidding commissioned by the Public Procurement Service from June to October 2022.
