EyesMobile Revamps ‘Mohae Service’... Listening to Customers' Voices
On the 16th, EyesMobile, an MVNO brand listed on KOSDAQ, announced a major overhaul of ‘Mohae,’ a specialized communication discussion platform it operates.
‘Mohae’ is an information-sharing service where users exchange explanations of complex telecommunications terms, share overlooked benefits, and where customer feedback is reflected in the company’s services, facilitating communication between EyesMobile and its customers, as well as among customers themselves.
The recent update subdivided categories to help users quickly find desired information and added media features to easily view photo and video content at a glance.
Additionally, the interface was redesigned to resemble familiar social media (SNS) platforms, improving post readability. Communication features were enhanced with bookmarks for saving posts and a voting function that allows users to create polls on posts requiring votes.
An EyesMobile representative stated, “Through this update, we aimed to increase touchpoints where customers using telecommunication services can directly communicate about desired services or products. We hope the Mohae service will minimize customers’ disadvantages caused by information asymmetry and assist them in making rational choices through information sharing.”
Meanwhile, EyesMobile is also running a special event to celebrate the Mohae service update.
During the event period, users who freely share telecommunications information or opinions on Mohae will be selected weekly to receive a 50,000 KRW gift certificate for Shinsegae Department Store, awarded to two people per week (14 people in total). Additionally, 10 active users will be drawn to win prizes such as Apple’s wireless earphones ‘Beats Studio Buds,’ Logitech keyboards and mice, and Helinox camping chairs.
